Item returns

If you want to return a product on Almutlaq, create a return request online. You can return the product bought on Almutlaq within 7-days of delivery.

Please follow these steps: 

1. Login to your Almutlaq Account and go to MY ORDERS section. 
2. Select the item you wish to replace and click on the Return/Replace link against the order.
3. Choose return option and fill in the required details.

4. Once the return request is created, we will ensure that the return is processed. 

5. 100% MoneyBack if issue not resolved in maximum 30 days via same mode

6. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Shipping fees for returned Items:

1) Return item due to Seller's Fault (Item is not as described – item defective etc.) 

A) If the buyer claimed within the 3 days of the date of delivery  

     Mutlaq pays the delivery Shipment Fees

     Mutlaq pays the return Shipment Fees

B) If the buyer claimed after the 3 Days of the date of delivery (Only if returned approved)

     Buyer pays the Delivery Shipment Fees

     Mutlaq Pays the Return Shipment Fees

2) Return item due to Buyer's Fault (Item in the original state & condition when purchased and received) 

A) If the buyer claimed within the 3 Days of the date of delivery.

    Mutlaq pays the delivery Shipment Fees

    Mutlaq pays the return Shipment Fees

B) If the buyer claimed after the 3 Days of the date of delivery (Only if returned approved)

    Buyer pays the Delivery Shipment Fees

    Buyer Pays the Return Shipment Fees

Terms & conditions

Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these.

Some items are bound by the brand's specific policies regarding repair, exchange and returns. These policies will be binding on the customer.

Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.

Refund or replacement will be initiated after the pick-up of product.

Almutlaq Gift Vouchers are not returnable or refundable for cash.

Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.

Unboxed items can only be returned and not replaced.
